2 Day Metal Polishing Training Class

Are you ready to butter up your Metal Polishing skills? Weather you do it full time, get the gist - need to learn more or have never done it. Now is your time to get trained by the pros from Zephyr Polishes!

We have BACK TO BACK 2-DAY trainings at our Birmingham, AL location (July 28 & 29th) then Chamblee, GA (July 30-31st)!

Attendees can expect to learn the start to finish process for achieving a professional mirror finish on aluminum & stainless steel, including essential safety practices, product selection and hands-on technique! Instructors will cover proper PPE and respirator use, safe buffing speeds, and the role of safety flanges so you can confidently and avoid common hazards. You'll gain a deep understanding of Zephyr's high performance wheels and compounds, dual-density wheels, regional compound blends, and why different polishers prefer specific combinations to reach the same high gloss result. 

Throughout this training, you'll practice real-world sanding, buffing techniques, dialing in pressure, patterns, RPM, and wheel angle while learning concepts like "chasing the black line," cross-hatching and correct rake use for consistent results. By the end of the class, you'll know how to prep metal properly, choose the right grits and tools, Buff, Blend & Satin Airway wheels, and apply products like PRO 55 to safely pre-clean and polish aluminum, stainless, and forged aluminum surfaces with professional efficiency!

LUNCH will be provided each day of the class and attendees will not only walk away with professional knowledge but even a $500+ ACP / Zephyr Care Package.
